31 Mar Chronicle Counsel
So we’ve all heard about Marie Kondo and her joy of tidying up and organisation. My joy comes from a different type of organisation. The organisation of a “to-do” list.
And I’m excited to say that my “to do list” organisation has entered a new phase.
Enter Trello.
According to their website, Trello’s boards, lists, and cards enable you to organize and prioritise your projects in a fun, flexible, and rewarding way…
Trello’s boards can be shared with colleagues so you can see priorities for a certain work task along with a to-do list on the same project, all in one easy to use space.
How can Trello help with your events or marketing activities? Easy! Simply create a list of each event then list all the associated tasks for that event or activity under it. You can choose from single items to a check list.
What do I love about Trello?
The ease of the website (and app too thank-you very much!) makes keeping track of everything so easy. If I’m out at a client meeting, and my colleagues tick things off the “Chronicle to-d0 list” I don’t have to wait to log-on back at the office, it’s right there on my phone, via the Trello app.
I also love the personalisation of the boards especially how the backgrounds can be changed to images from a stock image library or your own image (or even a corporate logo!)
The beauty of Trello is that you can have multiple boards and lists – so no matter how many projects you’re working on – professionally and personally – Trello will keep you organised!
